Omschrijving
Pasha is a charming and adventurous dog with a heart full of love and curiosity. His story started in Kızılcahamam Soğuksu National Park, where he was abandoned as a 2-month-old puppy. Despite the tough beginning, Pasha has blossomed into a well-socialized and affectionate companion. 🐾
Rescue Journey: After being found in the woods, Pasha was taken to a clinic for vaccinations and neutering. He then spent time in a boarding facility before moving to a foster home, where he has been receiving care for the last few months. Pasha's resilience has shown through, even as he faced challenges like chasing away bears and dealing with unfriendly authorities.
Personality: Pasha is independent but also enjoys the company of others. He is friendly with new people and gentle around children. He has a calm demeanor with other animals, having lived peacefully with both dogs and cats. 🐕🐱
Pasha is playful and loves outdoor activities like running, walking, and cuddling. While he's laid-back at home, he enjoys getting outside to burn off energy twice a day. His favorite activities include exploring, playing, and cuddling up for naps.
Health and Care: Pasha is in good health, having received all necessary vaccinations. He doesn’t require any medication or special treatment and has no dietary restrictions. He does need regular brushing and thrives on a diet of dry food.
Training: Pasha knows basic commands like “Sit” and “Stay” and is also leash-trained. However, he does have some fears, such as being scared of cars and closed spaces. He will need a patient family to help him feel safe and secure in these environments.
Home and Lifestyle: Pasha would do well in a home that can offer him regular exercise—he needs two walks a day where he can run and play to burn off energy. Although he can stay alone for long periods, he prefers a warm, loving environment where he can bond deeply with his family. 🏡💖
Key Features:
- Independent but enjoys companionship 🌟
- Friendly with other animals, lived with cats and dogs 🐕🐱
- Loves playing, walking, and cuddling 🐾
- Gentle with children and strangers🧒 *
- Knows basic commands like “Sit” and “Stay” 🦴
- House-trained and can handle being alone for long periods 🏠
- Needs some support overcoming fears like cars and closed spaces 🚗
- No major health issues, vaccinations are up to date. 🏥💉 **
*But if the person is a bit anxious around him, it also makes him stressed.
** Recently we discovered he has a minor allergy that causes rashes around his nose, gum and ears. We don't know what exactly causes this. So the future adoptee is asked to pick this up with a veterinarian of their choice since it takes time to discover the source of allergies sometimes. We will be guiding you with this process if you need any help.
Ideal Adopter: Pasha would be a great fit for a kind, patient family who can provide him with the attention and training he needs to feel safe. His perfect home would be one that gives him the space to run and play, but also offers love and warmth. Pasha is adaptable to many environments, whether living with other pets or being the center of attention.

Toelichting
When adopting Pasha, there are several necessary costs to cover, which help ensure his well-being and support the care of other street dogs. Here's a breakdown:
- Rabies vaccine: Ensures Pasha meets international health standards.
- Antibody titration test: Confirms immunity after vaccination.
- Plane tickets for relocation: Covers Pasha's safe journey to his new home.
- Customs fee (Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Turkey): Required for legal exportation of pets.
- Transportation costs: Covers all logistics related to his relocation.
- Neutering costs: Ensures Pasha's health and prevents overpopulation.
In total, we are asking for 375 Euros as adoption fee. The adoption fee not only covers these expenses but also goes directly to help other street dogs in need. By adopting Pasha, you're contributing to a greater cause. 🐾
He is currently staying with his two foster mums in Amsterdam, we can arrange a meeting upon request!
