My dog, Mo, is a mix of Bulgarian Shepherd. He loves being outside all day and we do agility training every two weeks. He's friendly with other dogs, he loves being outside in the garden and has a big appetite. Mo is generally cheerful, goofy, and always ready to play :)

Due to his unknown past, bad socialisation and his ‘guardian dog character’, Mo can be wary of new people. Unfortunately due to my lack of knowledge, this caused a few bite accidents, at home with new friends but also outside on the streets. With consistent training, he improved a lot, but I'm looking for someone who enjoys to keep training with him, has a firm presence, and can make Mo feel safe. He needs to feel protected, otherwise he will protect you and himself in his own way 😅

I’m hoping to find someone that can look after Mo so now and then for a few weeks or days when I’m out of the country. It would be nice if you live around Amsterdam, I would be open for dayvisits/walks as well! But if you live quite far away, but you think you and Mo would be a great match, I’m happy to drive the 2 hours👍

🌱 If you have a garden, that’s a big plus for Mo 🐶

Due to his reactivity level, it’s necessary you already have experience in dogs with behaviour problems and live outside the ring (or a village). If you read his body language well, give him and the trigger enough space at the right time and have the ability to be patient and consistent - you experience a perfect non reactive walk with a lot of grateful zoomies ☺️
