Ima

Ima is 2-3 years old.
She is 22 kg.
She was a stray dog in Ankara and was rescued about 8 months ago.
She received treatment for Transmissible venereal tumors (TVT) and received 8 chemo sessions. Her skin looked abnormal so she also received treatment for scabies/fungus. She is now fully healed. Her skin is healed too but her fur has not fully grown and they hope she grows her furs back but from the history it seems like she got burnt at some point in her life.

She has a health certificate, blood tests, received vaccinations for rabies and her deworming/defleeing vaccinations are recent.

Due to her past she might show anxiety/fear (and might show this with growling) but in her host family she has adapted very well to another dog and is not easily triggered, likes being petted, has some toilet training, walks with a leash. She also loves eating and from small interactions she does not give any fear response to children (although we do not know how well she gets along with children in the long-term). She will need further training and might need some time to get adapted to a new environment.

We are now urgently looking to rehome her.
