Salça is a 3-year-old, neutered male who has been waiting for his forever home for far too long. He was found abandoned on the streets of Turkey when he was just 6 months old and has been living in a private shelter ever since. Despite everything he has been through, Salça has never lost his love for life or his joyful, social nature.

Salça is the most social dog you could ask for—he adores people, kids, and other dogs! Unfortunately, he doesn’t get along well with cats, so a cat-free home would be best for him.
Why the name Salça? In Turkish, "salça" means tomato paste, but it’s also used to describe someone who is incredibly curious and wants to be part of everything. And that’s exactly who Salça is! He wants to be involved in all of your activities—whether you're going for a walk, cooking in the kitchen, or just relaxing at home. Wherever you go, he’ll be right there, tail wagging (well, if he still had one!).

Speaking of his tail—Salça’s playful curiosity once got the best of him, and during one of his energetic playtimes, his tail was injured. Unfortunately, we had to amputate it, but don’t worry—it hasn’t taken away a bit of his happiness or charm! He’s still the same cheerful, handsome boy, ready to spread love everywhere he goes.
