Tilly

Meet Tilly, a spirited young tabby looking for her forever home in the Netherlands.

Tilly was found in a difficult situation near a pet shop, dirty and underweight. After spending a month at the vet receiving essential care, she has made a full recovery and is now a healthy, vibrant kitty who embraces life and has moved on from her past struggles.

She is just over a year old and thriving in her foster home. She may be a bit cautious around visitors, but once she feels safe, she’ll approach you with a gentle meow and ready for some affection.

Tilly is affectionate cat, full of energy and loves to play. She will twist and turn to catch your attention, and when invited to sit in your lap, she’ll purr contentedly and eventually doze off. Tilly is gentle and allows you to touch her all over. She will rub herself all over you and if she feels ignored, she’ll roll over in front of you to get noticed. Tilly always enjoys being near you and would even accompany you to the bathroom.

Though she’s currently living with other cats, Tilly can be possessive of your attention. If she sees you petting another cat, she might appear out of nowhere, hissing to assert her place. She will sit from distance and will not stop hissing until your lap is free from the other cats, then she will hop in as soon as they move. She prefers being the sole owner of your affection, making her best suited for a home without other pets.

Tilly enjoys climbing on cat trees and other high spots, waiting quietly for you to walk by so she can surprise you with her adorable meow or tap your head.

She is an indoor cat or can have access to a fully catproof balcony. Tilly is fully vaccinated for tricat and rabies, microchipped, spayed, and has tested negative for mycoplasma and FIV/FeLV.
