Meet Ginger Joe – The Sweetest Lovebug

(Please only contact me if you have a garden, are okay with Joe being and indoor-outdoor cat and do not live next to busy roads.)

Ginger Joe is the most affectionate and lovable cat you will ever meet. He is truly the perfect companion—gentle, curious, and always ready for an adventure. He loves people and has a deep fascination with the outdoors, where he enjoys exploring, climbing trees, and chasing bugs.

Currently, he lives as an indoor-outdoor cat with another feline friend and has previously shared a home with dogs. While we adore him beyond words, we believe he would thrive even more in a greener and safer environment, a house with a big garden, far from busy roads. Please note that this is an absolute requirement and we will not rehome him if this requirement is not met. An apartment or house with a terrace is not suitable for him.

Joe was rescued from the streets, and despite our best efforts, he has never fully adapted to indoor-only living. He craves adventure, fresh air, and the excitement of the outside world. When he is deprived of his outdoor time, he becomes frustrated, less affectionate, and starts chasing other animals. However, when he gets enough time outside, he is a happy, well-balanced cat who returns home multiple times a day for cuddles, snacks, and, in the evenings, to curl up by your side.

A year ago, Joe was hit by a car, but he made a full recovery and does not require any special care. He is expected to live a long, healthy life.

While his behavior around very young children is unknown, we think he would do better in a home with no or older kids.

Joe is insured, microchipped, vaccinated, and receives regular deworming and flea treatments. He currently wears a GPS tracker, and we would love for his future family to continue using one for his safety.

Joe is the apple of our eye, and finding him the perfect home is our top priority. Because of this, an interview and a meeting will be required before adoption to ensure he is placed with a family who will love and care for him just as much as we do. We would like to see where you live (on video or pictures).
