Forever Home Wanted for Buck 🏡💖
Say hello to Buck, a sweet and soulful boy looking for his forever family! Estimated to be around 5 years old, Buck was rescued from the streets on Christmas Eve 2024. Before finding safety, he spent time in a shelter with many other dogs, and before that, he survived on the streets where his past remains a mystery. Despite it all, Buck has remained gentle, resilient, and full of love.
Now thriving in a caring foster home in Zaandam, Buck has adjusted beautifully to home life. He’s leash-trained, fully potty trained, and crate trained. He enjoys peaceful moments in the garden, basking in the sun and finding joy in the simple things.
Buck has also been fully checked by a vet and is in great health. He has a slight deformity in one of his legs, which we believe he was born with. It causes him no pain, no mobility issues, and will not lead to any problems in the future—just one of the little quirks that make him extra special!
His calm and affectionate nature makes him a great fit for many kinds of households. He’s well-socialized with dogs of all sizes and is gentle around cats. Buck can stay home alone if there’s another dog to keep him company, but if he’s the only dog, he’ll need some gradual training to feel secure when left by himself.
Buck is neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to start the next chapter of his life with a family who will love him for all that he is.
