Maartje is a nice and sweet jack russel (mixed), female, almost 14 yo, (she doesn't have periods), adopted from the shelter, she's been with us since 2019. She's very versatile, she can either walk many times a day or stay at home all day as long as she's with someone: she loves company, she needs company. Never broke a thing in the house, she barks only when she's alone, otherwise you don't even realise she's there. Despite her age she's very active, she follows me up and down the stairs all the time! She needs her own special food. Unfortunately I travel a lot and I can't take her with me, the dog sitters are too expensive; my financial situation changed in 2023, I tried to do my best since then but now it's becoming very challenging. I want to find a nice family for her that can give her the love and the company she needs and deserves; it breaks my heart but I can't find a better solution. I'm sure there is someone out there, for her.
