Tom

Say hello to Tom—a fluffy grey gentleman full of charm, cuddles, and personality. With his soft fur and even softer heart, Tom is the perfect balance of affectionate and independent. He’s happy to spend his day relaxing or playing solo but comes alive with warmth and snuggles when you’re around—especially when it’s bedtime. He’ll curl up right next to you, ready to sleep through the night.

Tom gets along wonderfully with other cats and even shares his food with his best friend, a visiting stray. However, given that he is FIV+ it would be safest if he was an only cat.

He has a playful side too, often amusing himself by batting toys or rogue lipsticks across the floor. And while he can be a bit shy with unfamiliar guests at first, a little time and patience are all he needs to settle in—he’s never aggressive.

He’s great with kids and loves spending time with them. He also has a bit of a quirky sense of humor, letting out a tiny (and honestly, funny) hiss when you take his bowl to refill it.

Tom is FIV-positive, which simply means his immune system is a bit more vulnerable than other cats’. But with good nutrition, indoor living, and regular vet care, FIV-positive cats like Tom can live long, healthy, and happy lives—many show no symptoms at all.
