Mika

Mika is a 10-year-old cat with a complicated history.
She was abused in the past, and while she has come a long way, she still carries the emotional scars. Despite this, she genuinely seeks affection , she enjoys being near her person, sleeping on the bed, and receiving gentle head pets. Sometimes she even cuddles. But it always has to be on her terms. She is easily started and has strict boundaries. If touched unexpectedly, especially on the body or under a blanket, she can lash out and use her claws.
It happens rarely (a few times a year), but it's unpredictable and can be painful. She has also been possessive of her person and can react aggressively towards other animals.
She loves going outside only 1 or 2 meters from the house, preferably in a quiet neighbourhood. She does not hunt or pick fight with other cats outside.
She has no allergies but has a habit of pulling some hair from her back, and needs a special diet as she had struvite crystals.
