Meet Atlas – A Gentle Soul in Need of a Chance

Atlas was rescued under Turkey’s breed-specific legislation that unfairly targets certain dogs based on appearance, not behavior. Since then, he’s been living in a kennel, waiting patiently for his real chance at life.

Despite everything he’s been through, Atlas remains an affectionate, intelligent boy with a huge heart. He adores people, loves playing with water, fetch, and engaging in leash games. He has so much love to give and just needs the right person to share it with.

We’re hoping to give Atlas a second chance in the Netherlands, but to begin his rehoming process, he first needs to travel there. For that, we're searching for an experienced foster—someone familiar with the needs of so-called "labelled breeds" and able to offer a safe, understanding environment.
