Sully

Sully is a sweet, gentle and independent boy. He loves people but also loves to lay in his own space and be left to his own devices.
He is a lazy boy but likes to explore when he is outside.
Hopefully he will find a boss with a garden so he can lay around in the sun all day, but if it’s raining, he prefers to be inside.
It is with a very heavy heart that we have to say goodbye, but due to personal life changes, allergies and the oncoming of twins as well as already having a small one, we just do not have enough time nor space to give sully what he truly deserves.
He is happy with most other dogs, he is just more cautious of German shepards. He listens well and can walk on and off leash.
He really is an all around great dog. Quite in the house, very well house trained, as well as outside and just plods along in life, happy as can be.
We see hoping to find someone who likes the outdoors to explore with sully but also accepts sully for who he is, as he is not a big cuddly dog. He likes to choose when he gets affection, but he will protect the home and those he loves.
He can be with all children and maybe cats, and has a chicken allergy.
Sully was rescued from Greece at 5 months old in which he spent the first period of his life being cared for by a villager and kept in an abandoned house to keep from being killed by other village people. He luckily never experienced real “street dog life” and was sheltered from danger.
Other than that, he is the ideal dog for someone looking for a companion.
