With his glorious long orange coat and regal presence, Leo is the kind of cat who turns heads without even trying. He’s often compared to Garfield — not just for his striking looks, but also for his love of food, his calm confidence, and his occasional “I’ll come to you when I’m ready” attitude.

Leo is an independent gentleman with an epicurean soul. He enjoys life’s pleasures — a good meal, a sunny spot for napping, and a warm lap in the evenings. Once he decides you’re worthy of his affection, he transforms into a velcro cat, curling up beside you and demanding pets with the sweetest persistence. But here’s the deal: Leo likes to make the first move. Give him time and space when he’s settling in, and you’ll be rewarded with a deep, trusting bond.

This food-motivated boy is clever (sometimes a little too clever) — he knows how to charm his way into extra treats, and if you have an automatic feeder, he’ll try to crack the code. A set feeding schedule works best for him, and we’ll even send him off with his current feeder (though you might want to keep an eye on it — Leo sees it as a puzzle to solve!).

He’s generally good with strangers, but he appreciates polite introductions and prefers that people let him approach first. Because of this, and his occasional “I need my space” days, we recommend a home with no young children (12+ is fine).

Health-wise, Leo is fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, and in great shape. His only special requirement is a urinary health diet, as advised by his vet — luckily, these foods are easy to find and widely available.

Leo’s personality is a wonderful mix of calm, charm, and a dash of mischief. He’ll keep you laughing with his quirks, melt your heart with his affection, and be your loyal companion through thick and thin — as long as you respect his royal boundaries.
