⚠️ Because of the urgency, I kindly ask anyone seriously interested to contact me before September 11th. This way, I can arrange for the dog to be brought to the Netherlands in time, and you will also have the opportunity to meet him at my home in Munstergeleen (Limburg) beforehand. Any possible compensation will be discussed directly with the owner.

This is a time-sensitive, emergency situation, which is why I am reaching out in this way.

Situation: i am posting this on behalf of the owner of a beautiful Stafford (male) who is currently in Hamburg. Due to the strict regulations in Germany regarding this breed, he can no longer stay there. If no solution is found soon, the dog risks being euthanized or sent back to Turkey, where his life would be in serious danger. That’s why we are desperately looking for a safe and loving home for him.

The dog is healthy, has a European passport, is microchipped, vaccinated (including rabies), and neutered. This means he can legally travel to the Netherlands without any issues. According to his owner, he is a very sweet dog who listens well, loves to play, and enjoys human attention. He is social with people, active, and affectionate. Photos of him can be provided upon request.

Unfortunately, I cannot take him in myself as I already have a dog who is aggressive towards other dogs. Still, I want to do everything I can to help him find safety and a loving family. The owner is willing to personally bring him to the Netherlands and is also prepared to cover the costs of temporary boarding or foster care until a permanent home is found.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who can adopt him and give him a forever home. A person or family with experience in handling stronger breeds, or at least someone willing to learn and commit, would be perfect. Stability, patience, and love are the key ingredients he needs. If permanent adoption is not immediately possible, even a temporary foster home would make a huge difference while we continue to search for his forever family.

This wonderful dog deserves a second chance at life, with someone who will give him the care, exercise, and affection he needs.
