Kona

Hello everyone, I'm Kona, that's how my new guardians are calling me. I recently turned 6 years old, I weigh 27kg, I'm neutered, I've been dewormed, vaccinated and microchipped.
I'm a Doberman mix but don't worry, I don't bite, I'm friendly towards all people, dogs and cats.
I really like to cuddle and play with those toys that make strange sounds, I might break them but that's just because they're fun for me.
I don't know many commands but with nice treats I'll learn everything, I really like treats.
I like relaxed walks, I walk nicely but I like to sniff a lot, you know, so I don't miss any smells. On walks I don't react to dogs, but I react to birds, oh those birds, they provoke me on purpose, take my word for it.
My past wasn't so nice, I'm just getting used to what it's like to be in a warm home, what it's like to lie on the couch, play and be safe.
I spent my 6 years outside, in a muddy yard, I didn't spend enough time with people, at least not as much as I wanted to, I really like being with people, I don't like being alone.
When I came to the Netherlands I was bathed for the first time, I can tell you that I didn't like it but I endured it.
I'm still learning that I can't do my business in the house but outside, I have to say that I'm doing well.
I'm very good in the car but I still have a little trouble getting in the car.
I'm very grateful, calm, loyal, full of love for people, and I really can't wait to have my own family, after 6 years of waiting I think I deserve it!
Believe me, I will love you with all my heart.
I currently live in Rotterdam and you can meet me there if you like me and if you want me in your family.
