Ela is a 4-year-old spayed female, a charming Collie–Terrier mix weighing around 9 kg. Behind her shy and cautious nature lies a gentle heart, waiting for the right family to help her shine. She spent some time in a shelter in Turkey, which made her careful in new environments. That’s why Ela is looking for a calm, patient adopter who understands the beauty of giving a rescue dog the time and space she needs to feel secure.

Once Ela trusts you, she blossoms into an affectionate, loyal, and playful companion. She is fully house-trained, healthy, up to date on all vaccinations, and ready to travel to her new forever home.

🏡 Personality and Behavior
Ela is loving, adaptable, and has the perfect balance of energy and calm. She loves running off-leash outdoors, playing fetch (her favorite game!), and socializing with other dogs. She enjoys treats, cuddles, and quality time with people. While she can be a little protective when meeting new faces, she quickly opens up and shows her sweet side. Ela gets along well with other dogs and has behaved appropriately around young children during short visits.

🐾 Training and Routine
She knows basic commands like “sit,” “come,” and “eat.” Ela is not crate-trained, but she sleeps calmly in a fenced area at night. On the leash, she might pull if she is full of energy, but after playtime, she walks peacefully. She usually barks only out of excitement when family members come home, but otherwise she is not a noisy dog.

Ela’s ideal home is a quiet household with a yard where she can relax, play, and enjoy the outdoors. She would be happiest with an adopter who is patient, experienced with shy or rescue dogs, and ready to invest time in her continued growth. Having another dog at home would be wonderful, as Ela loves playing and learning from canine companions.

She may be shy at first, especially with new people and loud noises, but she makes progress quickly. She learns fast, is very treat-motivated, and absolutely loves human affection. With love, safety, and consistency, Ela will reward her adopter with loyalty, warmth, and endless cuddles.
