Feniks (Phoenix) is looking for a forever home!

Feniks was abandoned on the streets of Serbia as a puppy, he walked into a woman's yard where he was waiting for someone to want him forever.
He is two years old, neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and he got all vaccines.
Phoenix is a large dog weighing 33kg, with a strong build, despite that he is a big baby!
In a house he just loves to cuddle, be with people and give kisses to everyone (even cats), he currently lives with older dogs who know how to warn him and he just moves away, respects the space of other dogs. Outside is completely different story.
On walks he reacts to dogs even at a great distance, he pulls on the leash, whines, barks, throws his head and body until he manages to get away, then he lunges at the dogs and runs around them, waiting for their reaction, unfortunately this happened to us twice, luckily the dogs he ran to were calm and stable so he didn't do anything, we believe that if the other dog had reacted a fight would have broken out. At the dog park he gets along with all the dogs, but once he ran at a dog and knocked it down, he didn't bite it but acted as if he wanted to bite after which we immediately separated him, also when he was released at the dog park he barks at all the dogs that pass by and it is impossible to calm him down.
You can see the attached video of what it looks like, keep in mind that the video was recorded briefly just to show how he starts to behave, during normal walks it is even worse than shown.
Phoenix would have to go to training, without training you won't be able to control him, and we will not adopt him to someone who is not ready to start training with him with a professional trainer, he also can't go to elderly people, nor to a physically weak person.
We don't want anyone to treat him aggressively, but calmly.
Please, if you are not physically and mentally capable of taking care of a dog like Phoenix, please don't contact us.
Don't think only about his appearance, but about his character and your capabilities above all!
Normally he gets along with dogs and cats and currently lives with rabbits and does not touch them.
He doesn't have a problem with any new dogs coming to our apartment, only in walks and in dog park.
He is tidy in the house and when he has to go outside, he whines and walks constantly.
He likes to play with squicky toys and he likes to chew the toys with flavors.
For Phoenix we are looking for a calm, stable, strong enough to handle him person.
During recent walks, we noticed that the same behavior he has towards dogs outside also applies to small children, and for this reason we do not recommend Phoenix with small children.
