Feniks (Phoenix) is looking for a forever home!

Phoenix was abandoned on the streets of Serbia as a puppy, he walked into a woman's yard where he was waiting for someone to want him forever.
He is two years old, neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and he got all vaccines.
Phoenix is a large dog weighing 33kg, with a strong build, despite that he is a big baby!
After a long search for a new home for Feniks, we decided to ask for help from a trainer.
On the trainer's recommendation, we are looking for a home for Phoenix exclusively in a house with a large yard.
Phoenix is very difficult to restrain on walks, he is strong and sometimes breaks away or pulls his head out and starts running after dogs.
Phoenix is not an aggressive dog, but he is extremely hyperactive and when he sees other dogs on the street he does not listen to his owner, he does not know how to behave on the street, people are afraid to let their dogs meet Feniks.
When he sees or hears another dog on the street, he completely shuts down, does not listen to anyone at that moment, does not react to treats of any kind.
Everything was fine with the dogs he met, he did not bite anyone but he simply barks, pulls and howls so much that it is impossible to stop even for the trainer.
He is very good and obedient in the house, lives with cats, dogs and rabbits and does not bother anyone, he is a big cuddler, gentle and requires a lot of attention.
He has a lot of energy that needs to be used up every day, so a large yard is a great option for him.
We do not want him to spend all day outside because he likes to be with people and we want him to sleep in a warm place.
He is not socialized for the street, he does not walk well on a leash because he is so excited.
He is protective.
The video shows how he reacts to other dogs, no matter how far away they are, he will always react that way if he sees them, sometimes it gets worse (like when he manages to break away and runs after dogs), he also reacts that way to small children, which is why we do not adopt him into a family with a small child.
He also cannot be adopted by elderly people.
Please take it seriously that this is a dog with behavioral problems, so far we have received all frivolous offers and people came who could not control Phoenix.
It would be perfect if you already have a dog because Phoenix loves to play with dogs once he meets them.
We don't want anyone solving the Phoenix problem with aggression.
