Rambo

Rambo is an energetic and affectionate male dog. He has faced many challenges in life from a young age, yet he has never lost his loving nature and joy. He is a medium-sized, active, and playful dog. Currently healthy, Rambo has completed all the necessary paperwork to come to the Netherlands. However, before finding his forever home, we are looking for a temporary home for him.

Rambo’s Characteristics:
Relationship with People: Rambo forms a wonderful bond with people. He is very affectionate, harmonious, and friendly. He is deeply attached to his loved ones, and once you gain his trust, he will be a loyal companion.

Relationship with Other Dogs: Rambo gets along well with other dogs. He understands hierarchy well and shows respect toward larger breeds, which makes him a social and balanced companion.

Relationship with Cats: Rambo may not get along well with cats. Although he was somewhat reactive to cats on the street, we haven’t had the opportunity to observe his behavior in a home environment. He is currently living in a kennel.

Relationship with Children: Rambo has a great relationship with children. We have not encountered any issues, and he is very affectionate towards them, eager to be loved and show affection.

Command Training: As Rambo lived on the streets for a long time and was later brought to a shelter, we don’t have much experience in formal training. However, while living on the streets, he would walk with us, never stray away, and always listened to our commands.

Potty Training: Rambo has not received potty training yet.

Anxiety: We have not observed any signs of anxiety in Rambo so far. He adjusts to new environments quickly and is very affectionate.

Hunting Instinct: Rambo can be a little quick when it comes to cats and squirrels, but we haven’t observed any harmful behavior.

Activity Level: Rambo is young and very energetic. He loves playing and running, and he is quite active.

Loyalty to His Owner: Rambo is extremely loyal to his loved ones. When he was living on the streets, he would walk us home every morning and wait for us at the building door. When he saw us in the mornings, he would run up to us and stay by our side during walks.

Car Travel: Rambo is used to traveling in the car and is comfortable with it.

Rambo’s Story:
Rambo lived a tough life on the streets of Ankara, Turkey. Fortunately, he was rescued by kind-hearted people, received medical treatment, and now all his paperwork is in order to come to the Netherlands. However, before Rambo can find his forever home, he needs a temporary one. We are searching for a loving foster family who can provide a safe and comfortable environment while he waits for his permanent home.
