🖤 Looking for a Forever Home for Onyx 🖤
Meet Onyx, a gentle giant about 1–2 years old, rescued from the streets of Niğde, Türkiye — a city that sadly became known for one of the largest dog culls after the new stray animal law.
Onyx had a golden retriever friend on the streets. A rescue group agreed to take the golden... but not Onyx.
He was about to be left behind — and likely would not have survived. 💔
We couldn’t turn our backs on him, so Onyx came to safety with us.
Now he’s in the Netherlands, living in a foster home and learning what it means to be part of a family. 🏡
Onyx is a large, young male dog with a kind soul. He’s good with people, children, and other dogs, and he’s already house-trained — he can hold his toilet and stay home alone without problems. 💕
He still needs a bit of practice with walking on a leash and using stairs, but he’s smart, eager to learn, and making great progress every day.
He especially loves people and gets along well with men too. Onyx just needs a family who will give him time, patience, and love — and in return, he’ll give his heart completely.
