Meet Cleo – A beautiful kitty looking for her forever home in the Netherlands.

Cleo was rescued when she approached her rescuer’s table in a coffee shop, meowing softly. She appeared very friendly and well-groomed, indicating she is not a stray. Her rescuer picked her up and inquired if anyone knew her. A staff member from a neighboring shop mentioned that someone had dropped her behind their shop in the morning from a car.

Cleo is a sweet, calm cat who loves human attention. She is initially shy and may keep her distance until she feels comfortable. Once she trusts you, she’ll come over, sit on your lap, and enjoy being petted. Sometimes, she’ll roll over in front of you and show her belly when she seeks your affection. However, she doesn’t like to be picked up and prefers to be approached on her own terms.

Currently, Cleo lives with multiple cats, but she doesn’t enjoy their company and prefers solitude. Because of this, she’s best suited as the only pet in the household. She’s nearly 2 years old and enjoys playing with string toys or wands with her human. Most of the time, she’s sitting by the window hammock, watching birds fly by.

Cleo is a very quiet cat and sometimes just needs her own space. When you're napping on the couch, she’ll often come and lie down beside you for snuggles. She is an indoor cat or should only have access to a fully cat-proof balcony.

She is fully vaccinated for tricat and rabies, microchipped, spayed, dewormed, tested negative for mycoplasma and FIV/FeLV.
