💔 His Story
In 2022, Rocky’s owner was about to abandon him at the Mardin shelter. They thought he was “useless” because he didn’t have enough hunting drive.
Before he could even enter the shelter — where dogs like him are often secretly sold or mistreated — he was immediately taken into our care.
Rocky arrived extremely needy for affection, as if he had never been truly loved before. He quickly showed himself to be a soft, well-behaved, and incredibly loyal dog.
He was transported with the first group, admitted to a clinic, fully tested (all results came back clean), and vaccinated.
Since then — for almost three years — Rocky has been waiting patiently in a private dog hotel in Istanbul for a family to finally see him.
This sweet boy has waited long enough.
