Kiwi

Meet Kiwi, a gentle tabby who loves to be cuddled and pet. You don't need much to hear her purring – she is ready to sit on your lap at any opportunity and to receive all the love you can give her. She is active, loves to play and to be engaged with people and other pets.

Kiwi loves food and it’s easy to make her happy with a snack or a meal. She can be shy at first, especially when she is in a new place, but once she settles in, her sunny personality comes through.

Kiwi was born as a stray cat in Bulgaria, and had a rough start in life, trying to find food and shelter in unsafe conditions on busy streets full of cars and people. She was one of the lucky cats to be picked up by a group of volunteers and arranged for her to live in foster care. There she blossomed into a curious cat who loves cuddles and interactions with people. There she lived with several cats and is well socialized to be with other pets.

Kiwi is now living in a foster home in Haarlem, and enjoys the company of another cat and a small dog. She loves playing and getting attention from her foster parents.

She is very social with people and will be a good fit for a family with kids. Her ideal home is a place where she can get lots of attention, and has another cat as a friend but she will be happy on her own as long she gets enough time to play, explore and socialize with her family. Kiwi is not a dominant cat and will get along with another one as long as the resident cat is not aggressive and territorial.

Kiwi is neutered, chipped, fully vaccinated and has an international passport.
