Puddle

Meet Puddle, this adorable 9 month old boy is looking for a home in the Netherlands.

Puddle was found sitting in a puddle crying after the very heavy rains and flash floods in Bahrain. He was alone, no mother or siblings to be found nearby, sitting in the middle of a puddle looking scared and lost, crying out for help. His rescuer took him to the vet to be sure he was ok, besides being skinny he was perfectly healthy. He was neutered and vaccinated and stayed at the clinic till he regained his strength. His playful personality won over all the vets and nurses and it was clear he needed and wanted a buddy to play with and burn off all his kitten energy. Puddle was introduced to Settee and they have been best friends ever since!

Puddle is pure delight, he is playful, snuggly, and full of character. When he hears your key in the door he runs to greet you and chat to you about his day! Then he’s pleased to accompany you around the house and be where you are. He loves a good play session, wand toys being a favourite but he also is a joy to watch as he plays on his own, flinging a mousey through the air and catching it!

His playful spirit will bring a big smile to your face. Puddle is enthusiastic about food, especially the wet variety, but is not a fussy eater. It’s nice to have a helpful paw around the house, he is especially good as a sweeping assistant (sitting directly where you are trying to sweep) and litter box inspector (needing to ensure you’ve done a thorough job), Puddle is very helpful indeed! he is strictly an indoor cat only or an access into a fully catproofed balcony.

After play time, a meal and chores it’s time for a snuggle, he is happy to sit on your lap and craft some biscuits, he equally enjoys being a little spoon. He also loves to share snuggle time on your lap with his bonded pal Settee, they are a real treat together!
Puddle is a confident fellow, he’s not afraid of the doorbell and is happy to greet guests after a few introductory sniffs. He also does well in the carrier, car, and at the vet. After a few initial meows of protest, he settles into the car ride and is easily handled at the vet.

Puddle is fully vaccinated for Tricat and Rabies, Neutered, Microchipped, tested negative for Mycoplasma and FIV/FeLV.
