Foster Home Needed for Piti 🤍

Meet Piti, a 1-year-old mixed-breed boy with a big heart and lots of energy, who is currently looking for a patient and loving foster home to help him feel safe and settle into his new life.

Piti is neutered and has no physical health problems. He gets along well with people he knows, children, other dogs, and even cats. He previously lived in a garden environment with 10 dogs and 12 cats, where he was happy, social, and well-adjusted. He walks well on a leash, can climb stairs, travels comfortably by car, and forms strong bonds with his caregivers.

Piti is an energetic and playful young dog. He is very affectionate and social once he feels safe and familiar with his surroundings. However, he can feel anxious in crowded or unfamiliar environments, and shelter or kennel settings make him nervous. Because of this, he has had difficulty adjusting to the boarding facility where he is currently staying.

Piti’s early life was not easy. When he was only 3–4 months old, he was rescued in Isparta, Turkey, after being beaten with sticks by a group of people on the street. Thanks to kind individuals, he was taken into a safe garden home, where he learned to trust again and grew into a loving dog.

Piti is currently staying at a dog boarding facility in Balkbrug, the Netherlands, where he has been for about one month. Sadly, he has not been able to relax or adapt in this environment. What he truly needs now is a calm, loving, and patient foster family who can give him time, stability, and understanding.
