Toby is a 5-year-old black Lab/Pitbull mix with a huge heart and a very loyal personality. He absolutely loves humans and bonds quickly with his people — being part of a “pack” is one of his favourite things. He is affectionate, cuddly, food-driven, and happiest when close to his family.
At home, Toby is incredibly chilled and relaxed. He sleeps most of the day, is very settled indoors, and is well trained in the house. He sits patiently for his food, walks well on the lead, and knows his routine well. He currently sleeps downstairs in the kitchen in his bed, but is also perfectly happy in a crate.
Toby loves playtime, treats, and outdoor adventures. In open spaces we use a long lead and allow him freedom to explore, although we do need to be mindful around unfamiliar dogs.

We have made the difficult decision to rehome Toby because our family circumstances have become very busy. With a young child, another baby on the way, and both of us working full time, we no longer feel able to give Toby the level of exercise, stimulation, and continued socialisation he truly needs to thrive. Over the last months we see his behaviour towards kids outside becoming worse and believe we do not have the time to fix it. Our priority is finding him the right home where he can get the time, structure, and active lifestyle he deserves.
And for the adoption fee:
We are asking for a small adoption fee of around €50–€100, although this is not set in stone. The most important thing to us is finding Toby the right loving and experienced home — this is absolutely not about the money.
