He has blossomed in his foster home, growing into a happy, confident, and affectionate young cat. Sadly, every cat rescued alongside him has already found a home, while Spencer continues to be overlooked. Black cats often wait the longest despite having the most wonderful personalities, and Spencer is no exception.
